  • Q: How long do I have access to my courses?

    A: Forever! Progress is a continuous effort. Therefore, you will have unlimited access to learn at your own pace.

  • Q: I purchased the wrong eCourse. Can I exchange it?

    A: Once an eCourse is purchased, we have no way of revoking your access to it. Therefore, we are unable to grant any exchanges. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct course prior to submitting your payment.

  • Q: Do you offer refunds?

    A: Due to our products being digital, we are unable to issue refunds for any reason. If you have an issue with course content, please contact us at [email protected]

  • Q: Can I share my eCourse?

    A: Our eCourses are not available for group group rates. Sharing any of our content is not permitted. Any student found sharing content will be removed from The Royal Hair Academy indefinitely.

    **Please note: fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, will be reported accordingly and disputed. Anyone who files a chargeback, will be prohibited from purchasing future eCourses.
